Women and Ornamentation

The Holy Prophet (S) said: "A man's word telling his wife: 'I love you'
never will quit her heart."

Wasa'il-ush Shi'ah, vol. 14, p. 10

Imam al-Baqir (‘a) said: "It does not matter what a women ornaments
herseff with for her husband."

Al-Kafi, vol. 5, p. 119

Imam Amir ul Mu'mineen ‘Ali (‘a) said that the Prophet (S) prohibited
the ornamentation of a woman for someone else other than her husband,
and said:

"Thus, if she does so, it is the right of Allah, Almighty and Glorious,
to burn her in Hell." (Unless she repents.)

Imam as-Sadiq (‘a) said: "Everyone who intensifies love for us (Ahlul
Bayt) intensifies love for his wife, too."
