Charity الزكاة

1. Fortify [and protect] your wealth by [giving] charity.

1ـ حَصِّنُوا أمْوالَكُمْ بِالزَّكاةِ.

2. And charity [was prescribed as] a means of sustenance.

2ـ والزَّكاةَ تَسَبُّباً (تَسْبيباً) للرِّزقِ.

3. One who pays his zakāt is protected from the greediness of his soul.

3ـ مَنْ أدّى زَكوةَ مالِهِ وُقِيَ شُحَّ نَفْسهِ.
