Inarticulateness-العيّ

  1. The worst inarticulateness is [that which is caused by] irritation.

1ـ أقْبَحُ العَيِّ الضَّجْرُ.

  1. Muteness is better than inarticulateness (or error).

2ـ اَلْخَرَسُ خَيْـرٌ مِنَ العَيِّ (الغَيِّ).

  1. The sign of inarticulateness is repeating oneself during a debate and increased excitement during conversation.

3ـ عَلامَةُ العَيِّ تَكْرارُ الكَلامِ عِنْدَ المُناظَرَةِ، وكَثْرَةُ

التَّبَجُّجِ عِنْدَ المُحاوَرَةِ.

  1. No declaration can be made with inarticulateness.

4ـ لابَيانَ مَعَ عَيّ.

  1. Inarticulateness is beleaguering.

5ـ اَلعَيُّ حَصَـرٌ.
