Inarticulateness-العيّ
- The worst inarticulateness is [that which is caused by] irritation.
1ـ أقْبَحُ العَيِّ الضَّجْرُ.
- Muteness is better than inarticulateness (or error).
2ـ اَلْخَرَسُ خَيْـرٌ مِنَ العَيِّ (الغَيِّ).
- The sign of inarticulateness is repeating oneself during a debate and increased excitement during conversation.
3ـ عَلامَةُ العَيِّ تَكْرارُ الكَلامِ عِنْدَ المُناظَرَةِ، وكَثْرَةُ
التَّبَجُّجِ عِنْدَ المُحاوَرَةِ.
- No declaration can be made with inarticulateness.
4ـ لابَيانَ مَعَ عَيّ.
- Inarticulateness is beleaguering.
5ـ اَلعَيُّ حَصَـرٌ.
