consists of a prelude and two chapters. The prelude discusses the
significance and necessity of security in building the virtuous
community. Chapter 1 examines the general features that the Ahl al-Bayt
(‘a) instituted to operate this security system. Chapter 2 looks at the
general policies that the Holy Imams of the Ahl al-Bayt (‘a) followed to
maintain the security system.
